Refund and returns policy

This policy describes how refunds, returns, and replacements work for Wellion products ordered through Quiphralprxex.ddd. It complements our Terms of Service and is designed to align with EU and Finnish consumer protection rules applicable to distance contracts and defective goods.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to consumers who purchase Wellion products from us through distance communication (for example, online orders). Business customers may be subject to separate commercial terms where agreed in writing. If you are unsure whether you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may still contact us and we will clarify eligibility.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have fourteen days from the day you receive physical goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, unless an exception applies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, email) before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use our contact form or email; we can provide a model withdrawal form on request, though its use is not mandatory. Timely dispatch of your communication before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

3. Sealed goods and hygiene exceptions

EU law may exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Many food supplements fall into this category once opened. If you open sealed packaging, withdrawal may no longer be available unless the product is defective or not as described. We assess each case fairly and in line with applicable law.

4. Defective or misdescribed products

If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you may have statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, depending on circumstances. Notify us promptly with photos of the packaging and product where helpful, and retain all labels for traceability.

Cosmetic damage to outer packaging that does not affect safety or contents may be resolved with a partial refund or replacement at our discretion where proportionate.

5. How to start a return or refund request

Email talk@quiphralprxex.world with your name, order reference, reason for the request, and whether the goods are sealed. Wait for return instructions before shipping unless we tell you otherwise. Unauthorized returns may delay processing.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction where technically possible. After we approve a refund, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Where statutory rules require reimbursement within fourteen days of receiving notification of withdrawal, we comply when the conditions for withdrawal are met.

7. Return shipping costs

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, you may bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where we confirm responsibility in advance or reimburse upon receipt of documentation.

8. Items that may not be refundable

Opened goods that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons may be non-refundable except where defective. Perishable or short-dated items may have limited return windows. Digital content, if offered separately in the future, will be described at purchase with applicable withdrawal limitations.

9. Dispute resolution

EU consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for out-of-court resolution. We prefer to resolve issues directly via email and will cooperate in good faith with recognized mediation bodies where appropriate.
